One-Table Quote

Anyone at the counter can quote a banner the way you would.

Put your material costs, minimums and finishing prices in once. Your staff picks the job, the sheet does the math, the customer gets a clean quote. Try it below with a sample shop.

Two double-sided 3 x 6 ft banners, grommets and hem, on rush.

That job is already loaded. Change anything in the job and the estimate redraws. Hover or tap a line on the estimate to see how it was worked out.

Estimate

How shops actually price, and what it handles

Nobody prices a banner as square feet times a number. The sheet holds the rules you already use, so the person at the counter gets the same answer you would.

Minimum charge per line
Each material has its own floor. A single 12 x 18 coroplast comes out at $8.10 on the sample sheet, so the line goes to the $25 minimum and the estimate says why.
Quantity breaks
Your tiers and your percentages, taken off the print line. The sample uses 10+ at 10% and 25+ at 15%; change them to whatever you run.
Double-sided
Ink is charged once per side, and a flat setup goes on once per job for lining up the second side.
Grommets, hem, pole pocket
Grommet count comes from the spacing and the size, corners included: a 3 x 6 at every 2 ft is 10 per banner. Hem and pockets go by the linear foot.
Lamination
By the square foot, per laminated side.
Design time
Hours at your shop rate, as its own line, so the customer sees that layout is not free.
Rush
One percentage on the job, on or off at the counter.
Install
Hours at your install rate, only when you are hanging it.
Tax, deposit, valid-until
Your tax rate, your deposit percentage, and a date 30 days out printed on every estimate.

What it doesn't do

  • Job board
  • Inventory
  • Invoicing
  • Customer database
  • Payments

It prices the job and hands you an estimate you can print or send as a PDF. That is all. If you want the whole shop run from one system, with production tracking and invoices, shopVOX and Printavo do that, and they are the right call for it.

$29 / month

$29 a month for the whole shop. Everyone on staff, no per-seat fees. Cancel any month.

Why $29

The shop-management suites start at $109 a month and charge for job boards, inventory and per-user seats. A shop that only needs consistent quotes shouldn't pay for all of that.

Questions

Is anything I type stored?

Not in the demo. It runs in your browser, sends nothing, and forgets everything when you close the tab. The setup form is different: it sends us your email, shop name and the answers you pick, so we can contact you.

Who built this?

AI City, a small outfit that builds narrow tools for specific trades. We build with AI tools, this page and the calculator included, which is why the math is shown line by line: you can check every figure instead of taking our word for it.

What if my pricing is weirder than this?

Send it anyway and put the odd part in the last box of the form. Size surcharges over a certain board size, tiered square-foot rates, per-color screen charges on apparel: we will tell you plainly whether the sheet can hold it before you spend any time on it. Apparel pricing by color count is not in the demo yet.
